Administrative Assistant - Housing

The Rimoka Housing Foundation provides housing in the Town of Ponoka and the Town of Rimbey for seniors and families. Our housing consists of over 340 units including lodge rooms, senior apartments, family housing units and a life lease project.

Rimoka is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Social Housing Portfolio as a permanent part-time position with an FTE of 0.7.   This position would be responsible for the administrative services for our housing and subsidy programs.

Qualifications would include:

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to organize work based on priority
  • Work effectively with clients and co-workers
  • Execute efficiently both written and verbal instructions
  • Experience in administration, a business environment and/or accounting practices would be considered an asset or relevant post secondary education in lieu of experience.
