Our senior apartments consist of a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living area as well as a small storage space and are approximately 500 sq. feet. Each unit includes a refrigerator and stove and there are washers and dryers available on each floor for resident's use.

Rent is based on 30% of your monthly income and applications are prioritized based on a point scoring system that utilizes multiple criteria outlined by Alberta Seniors and Housing.

Residents pay a monthly fee to Rimoka Housing Foundation for electricity and cable TV in addition to their monthly rent. Telephone and internet services are the responsibility of the resident.
