Housekeeper - Rimbey Valley View Manor

Job Summary

Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor, the housekeeper is responsible to ensure that a high standard of housekeeping services are maintained in all areas.


  • Minimum Grade 12 education

  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates

  • WHIMIS certificate

  • Ability to work well with minimal supervision

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure all rooms meet standards of cleanliness according to Lodge Standards.

  • Report any maintenance problems to maintenance personnel.

  • Ensure safety procedures are followed when using equipment or hazardous chemicals.

  • Work as part of the Lodge Staff Team.

  • To maintain a healthy and safe work environment by using safe work practices and report unsafe conditions or injuries.
  • Accept other tasks with a cheerful and positive attitude.
